The man injured in the crash allegedly involving General Hospital alum Haley Pullos will receive a substantial settlement in his lawsuit over the incident.
Court documents filed on October 3 reveal that Courtney Wilder, the man hurt in the car accident, will be awarded $1 million as part of an insurance payout.
The settlement involves Wilder and No Comment, a Pasadena, California, restaurant where Pullos was employed at the time of the April 29, 2023, crash. The payment will come from No Comment’s insurance company, with the agreement stating, “There is no admission of liability.”
In his lawsuit, Wilder alleged that he suffered severe injuries after Pullos swerved, flew over a center divider, and collided head-on with his vehicle while traveling nearly 60 miles per hour. Law enforcement reported that Pullos shouted, “This is a $400 f***ing shirt” as officers attempted to remove her from the vehicle.
While Wilder did not initially name No Comment in his lawsuit, he added the restaurant as a defendant in an amended complaint. He claimed that the owner encouraged Pullos, 27, to drink with others while on the job.

“She did exactly that. On the night of the incident, she even drank with the owner/manager,” the lawsuit stated. Wilder also alleged that the lounge had no plan to ensure employees’ safe transport after drinking. No Comment denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
Pullos denied all allegations, maintaining that Wilder’s injuries were caused by third parties outside her control and by Wilder’s own “negligent and intentional conduct.” She has not been dismissed from the case, and the settlement does not include her.
According to TMZ, police found mini bottles of tequila and marijuana edibles in Pullos’ car. She was arrested after being taken to a local hospital for evaluation. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office charged her with three counts: felony DUI causing injury, felony DUI with a .08 BAC or higher, and misdemeanor hit-and-run.
Pullos pleaded guilty to felony DUI charges on July 29, 2024. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, five years of probation, and required to complete a nine-month alcohol treatment program. She was also ordered to pay $8,000 in restitution to the other driver.
Pullos starred on General Hospital from 2009 to 2023 as Molly Lansing-Davis. Following her arrest, she entered rehab and took time off from the show, which led the soap opera to recast her role with three different actresses.
