Seann William Scott has agreed to raise his monthly child support payments to his ex-wife, Olivia Korenberg, following a contentious legal battle.

Court documents filed on Tuesday, September 30, reveal that Scott, 48, and Korenberg’s attorneys reached an agreement for the American Pie star to pay $11,000 per month.

Korenberg, 35, had previously been living in a home owned by Scott but has since moved into her own residence. The house had been a point of contention, as Korenberg claimed Scott blindsided her with an eviction weeks after she informed him of a new romantic partner.

She said she had believed she would be allowed to stay in the home long-term. Scott denied these claims, asserting that the arrangement was always temporary and that he did not ask her to leave in retaliation for her new relationship.

In a court declaration, Scott stated, “I have always been supportive of Olivia’s new relationship and have encouraged a thoughtful introduction of this relationship” to their daughter.

Scott filed for divorce from Korenberg in 2024 after four years of marriage. The exes share a 5-year-old daughter.

In April, Korenberg requested court intervention to prevent Scott from forcing her to leave his property within a certain timeframe. She also asked to move more than 15 miles away from Scott and sought a modification to the joint custody arrangement to gain more time with their daughter. Scott opposed the request.

The couple went to trial earlier this year, where both testified. On July 28, the judge sided with Scott, denying Korenberg’s request to amend custody. The court order encouraged the exes to improve communication with one another.

The judge noted that while Scott’s decision to have Korenberg vacate his home was legal, it could carry relationship consequences and emphasized the importance of thoughtful communication.

The judge also remarked on Korenberg’s decision to learn about the divorce through social media on Valentine’s Day, stating it “suggests at best a lack of consideration and at worst a deliberate attempt to publicly humiliate Korenberg.”

Scott submitted financial records as part of the case, detailing his significant income and assets. He reported around $158,000 in cash and bank accounts, $12 million in stocks and bonds, and $18 million in real property, totaling over $30 million in assets. He said he spends approximately $59,000 per month on expenses while earning more than $170,000 per month.

The actor owns three homes in Los Angeles, two cars, furniture valued at $171,000, and artwork worth $93,000.
