Jordon Hudson knows how to laugh at herself. The 24-year-old celebrated Halloween on Friday, Oct. 31, by dressing up as herself.
In an Instagram post, Hudson wore the same outfit she sported during a interview earlier this year, in which she famously shut down journalist Tony Dokoupil’s question about how she and boyfriend Bill Belichick met. “The costume I never seem to be able to take off,” she captioned the post.
While Hudson embraced her clever costume, Belichick spent Halloween coaching his UNC Chapel Hill football players during their away game against Syracuse University.
Since the college football season kicked off in September, the former cheerleader has been supporting her boyfriend by attending games across the country. On Friday, Oct. 17, Hudson was spotted in Berkeley, Calif., where the Tar Heels lost to UC Berkeley’s California Golden Bears.
Hudson has a history of playful, media-savvy outfits, whether she’s sporting Tar Heel blue or responding to public attention.
On Sept. 1, when Belichick made his UNC coaching debut, she carried a purse stuffed with crumpled-up pieces of paper. Multiple angles in photos from the game revealed the papers were the only contents of her bag, some showing highlighted words, though they weren’t legible.
In addition to her game-day flair, Hudson is known for elaborate Halloween costumes, often collaborating with Belichick for themed ensembles. Last year, the couple, who share a 49-year age gap, paid tribute to the New England coast with a matching outfit.
The six-time Super Bowl-winning coach wore a fisherman’s outfit, complete with a wide-brim hat, heavy raincoat, jeans, boots, and a fishing rod.
Hudson, meanwhile, sported a mermaid-inspired costume with scaled bottoms and jeweled accents for her top. She appeared to be laughing as Belichick smiled for the camera, captioning her Instagram post: “Ouucchhhh!.”
