Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas have reportedly ended their relationship after less than a year together. A source told that the couple no longer felt “a spark” and recognized they were better off as friends.
“The spark had gone between them but they still love each other’s company and they’ve both been really adult about it,” the source said. Cruise, 63, and de Armas, 37, reportedly remain on friendly terms.

“Tom and Ana had a good time together but their time as a couple has run its course,” the source added. “They are going to remain good friends but they aren’t dating anymore.”
“They just realized they weren’t going to go the distance and that they are better off as mates,” the source continued.
The romance between the “Top Gun” star and the “Ballerina” actress was first rumored in February when they were spotted having dinner in London.
The relationship reportedly “ran its course,” and the source noted that both are handling the breakup maturely.
The couple continued to be seen together on multiple outings, including a private boat ride in Spain in July. They were also unafraid to appear in public, attending an Oasis concert at London’s Wembley Stadium later that month.
At the concert, captured in English producer and DJ Goldie’s Instagram video, Cruise was seen reaching for de Armas’ hand while they danced.
Though they never spoke publicly about their romance, the pair offered a clear confirmation when they were photographed holding hands in Vermont in late July.
Earlier in May, while appearing on Good Morning America, de Armas shared that her relationship with Cruise was “fun” and mentioned they were collaborating on “a few projects.”
Cruise’s past marriages include Mimi Rogers (1987–1990), Nicole Kidman (1990–2001), and Katie Holmes (2006–2012).
De Armas, the Cuban actress, was previously married to Spanish actor and model Marc Clotet (2011–2013) and has been linked to other high-profile relationships. She dated Ben Affleck from 2019 to 2021 and was connected to Manuel Anido Cuesta, the stepson of Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, in 2024.
