It’s time to say farewell to the Landry family. “The Way Home” will conclude with its fourth season, which is scheduled to premiere on the Hallmark Channel in Spring 2026. The drama, featuring Andie Macdowell, Chyler Leigh and Sadie Laflamme-Snow, remains in active production.
“Fans of ‘The Way Home’ have enthusiastically watched and rewatched every episode since the first pond jump of season 1 as they’ve tried to piece together the brilliant puzzle Heather Conkie, Alexandra Clarke and Marly Reed expertly crafted,” said Samantha DiPippo, SVP of programming at Hallmark Media, in a statement to People.
“We’re grateful to our talented cast led by Andie, Chyler, Evan and Sadie, as well as our amazing writers and crew who have worked so hard on this show.”

“The Way Home” centers on three generations of the Landry family who journey across Port Haven, using time travel as they attempt to reconnect with one another. The conclusion of Season 3 saw Del (MacDowell) time-travel for the first time, transporting her back to the 1970s where she witnessed her wedding to Colton (Jordan Doww) and experienced the disappearance of Jacob (Spencer Macpherson).
The finale additionally revealed that Susanna (Watson Rose) had left the well-known Lingermore estate to the Landry family, and viewers discovered that the mysterious baby found near the pond was Elliot.
Created by the mother-daughter team of Heather Conkie and Alexandra Clarke, along with Marly Reed, “The Way Home” is executive produced by Reed, Clarke, Conkie, MacDowell, Leigh, Susanne Berger, Arnie Zipursky, Lauren MacKinlay, Fernando Szew, Hannah Pillemer and Larry Grimaldi.
