1. Agreeing to these terms
Kaisuki is operated by Kaisuki Media LLC. When you create an account, join a server, or simply open a channel to read along, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If any part of them does not work for you, the honest answer is that Kaisuki may not be the right fit, and you should not use it.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Kaisuki. If you are between 13 and 18, you are telling us that a parent or legal guardian has read these terms with you and agreed to them on your behalf. You also confirm you have the legal ability to enter into this agreement wherever you live.
This is a binding agreement
Using Kaisuki forms a real contract with Kaisuki Media LLC. These terms work alongside our Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and DMCA Policy, all linked throughout this page. Where a specific policy speaks to a specific situation, that policy controls the details.
2. Your account is yours to protect
Your account is your identity across every server, DM, and voice room on Kaisuki. Give us accurate information when you sign up, keep it current, and treat your login like the key to your front door.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including messages sent, purchases made, and settings changed.
- Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication. We will never ask you for your password in a DM or ticket.
- One person, one account. Do not sell, rent, or hand off your account, and do not create accounts to evade a ban.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else got in, by opening a request at /ticket/requests.
3. How you can and cannot use Kaisuki
Kaisuki only feels good when people can trust the room. Your full rulebook lives in two places: our community rules at /guidelines and the technical and behavioral limits in our /acceptable-use policy. Read them, because they are part of this agreement. The short version:
- No harassment, threats, hate, or targeting other members, and no content that sexualizes minors, ever.
- No illegal content, malware, phishing, or spam across channels, DMs, forums, or posts.
- No impersonating other people, other communities, or Kaisuki staff.
- No scraping, botting, or automated access outside our official APIs, and no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Keep adult content inside channels that are properly age-gated for it, and never route it into DMs or servers where it does not belong.
Report anything that crosses these lines through the tools in each server or our /safety resources. If you see something urgent, our Safety Center explains the fastest way to reach us.
4. Your content stays yours
Everything you post on Kaisuki, whether it is a message, an image, a file, an avatar, a banner, or a forum thread, belongs to you. Kaisuki is a host for that content, not its author, and creating an account does not hand your work over to us.
To actually show your content to the people you are sharing it with, we need your permission. So you grant Kaisuki Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and distribute your content, strictly to operate, secure, and improve the platform. This license lasts only as long as your content lives on Kaisuki, plus a short window for backups and legal obligations after you delete it.
You promise that you have the rights to what you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's work. If someone believes their copyright has been used without permission, our takedown process is at /dmca, and notices go to [email protected].
5. What belongs to Kaisuki
The Kaisuki name, logo, interface, cosmetics artwork, software, and the design of features like servers, channels, voice and stage rooms, forums, and posts are the property of Kaisuki Media LLC and are protected by intellectual property law.
You are welcome to use Kaisuki as intended, but you may not copy our branding, resell access, or pass off a clone as the real thing. Anything you buy or unlock, including Kikkō and cosmetics, is a limited license to use inside Kaisuki, not ownership of the underlying software or art.
6. Spark, Kikkō, Awakenings, and refunds
Kaisuki has a few ways to spend money, and here is exactly what you are paying for:
- Kaisuki Spark and Spark Pro unlock perks across your account. They are bought with Kikkō, not money — each unlock lasts a set period and then simply runs out. There is no recurring charge, no billing to manage, and nothing to cancel; unlock again with Kikkō whenever you like.
- Kikkō is our in-app currency, used in the cosmetics shop and around the platform. Kikkō has no cash value, cannot be transferred out or exchanged for money, and is licensed to you for use inside Kaisuki.
- Awakenings support the communities you love and are spent in Kikkō. Creators keep 50% of the Kikkō their server's Awakenings earn — which they can cash out to real money — while Kaisuki retains 50% to run payouts and the platform.
- Cosmetics from the shop are cosmetic only and are tied to your account.
Because digital goods are delivered instantly, Kikkō spent on cosmetics, boosts, and Spark unlocks is generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Spark unlocks are not subscriptions — they run out on their own, so there is no renewal to cancel or refund. If something looks wrong, open a ticket at /ticket/requests and we will look into it.
Creator payouts have conditions
Boost revenue sharing requires enrollment and approval, is calculated monthly on active boosts, and pays out to a linked account once you clear the minimum threshold. We may pause or end revenue sharing for any community that breaks these terms or our Guidelines.
7. Ending things
You can leave Kaisuki whenever you want by deleting your account from your settings. When you do, your right to use the platform ends and your content is removed on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
We may suspend or close an account when someone breaks these terms, our Guidelines, or the law, or when we need to protect other members or the platform itself. Here is how that generally goes:
- 1In most cases we warn you and, where we can, tell you what rule was broken.
- 2For serious or repeated violations, or anything involving safety or illegal activity, we may act immediately and without notice.
- 3If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal through /ticket/requests, and a human will review it.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
We work hard to keep Kaisuki fast, safe, and online, but we cannot promise perfection. The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Kaisuki will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, and we are not responsible for content posted by other members.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kaisuki Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Kaisuki. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
We will update these terms as Kaisuki grows. When a change is material, we will let you know by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kaisuki after an update means you accept the revised terms, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
