Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Kaisuki, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. User Conduct

You agree to abide by our Community Guidelines and the following rules:

• Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Do not post illegal content, malware, or spam
• Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or Kaisuki staff
• Do not attempt to circumvent moderation, bans, or security measures
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without authorization
• Do not share NSFW content outside of designated NSFW channels

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Kaisuki. By posting content, you grant Kaisuki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaisuki Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Kaisuki after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
