Notifications, your way

Pause everything for a while, choose what reaches your phone, quiet a busy server, and pick the emails you get. All in one place.

Notifications are there so you don't miss the people you care about. Everything below lives in Settings › Notifications, and none of it takes more than a tap.

Pause everything

One button stops every push on every device, phone and browser, for 8 hours or until you turn them back on. Your inbox keeps filling up quietly in the meantime, so nothing is lost.

Pause all notifications, in Settings
Pause for 8 hours, or until you turn them back on.

Choose what reaches you

Each kind of notification has its own switch:

  • Direct messages, from a person or a group
  • Mentions, when someone @mentions you
  • Replies to your messages
  • Friend requests
  • Server announcements: posts from channels you follow, and news from Kaisuki
  • War Horns, when your House calls a raid or comes under siege
  • House war reminders, where your House stands in the last hours of a season
  • Streak reminders, a nudge before your daily streak resets
  • Kikkō drops, when we drop Kikkō into your wallet

Quiet one server, or one channel

Under Servers and channels, set any server or channel to All messages, Only @mentions or Nothing. You can mute for 15 minutes, an hour, 8 hours, a day, or until you turn it back on, so the loud server can be the quiet one tonight.

In your browser

On a computer, switch on desktop notifications and pick a sound. Send a test notification fires one straight away, so you know it works.

Email

Emails only go out when you're away. Choose mentions, messages, rewards and product news one by one, or turn them all off with one switch. Product news is about once a month.

The weekly digest is a single email a week while you've been away: mentions you haven't seen, threads that took off, events coming up, your House, and Kikkō waiting for you.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and mail apps that support it show their own one-tap Unsubscribe button too.
